By accessing or using FilterHawk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

Description of Service

FilterHawk is an email workflow automation service that integrates with Gmail accounts. The service allows you to create filters and workflows to automatically organize, label, and manage your email.

Account Requirements

To use FilterHawk, you must:

• Have a valid Gmail or Google Workspace account
• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use FilterHawk for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Access another user's account without permission
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

Billing and Payments

Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to features.

Subscription: After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan.

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications without notice. We are not liable for any service interruptions.

Data and Privacy

Your use of FilterHawk is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your email data solely to provide the service and do not use it for any other purpose.

All accounts include automatic data purging that permanently deletes email records and processing logs older than your configured retention period (configurable from 1 hour to 365 days). You are responsible for configuring your preferred data retention period in your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

FilterHawk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, email misclassification, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FilterHawk after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
